The Team.
Bill has owned the shop since December 2021 and also runs a law firm in Bellevue. The overlap is paperwork. A repair produces a written estimate, a supplement when hidden damage appears, and a record of what your insurer agreed to pay.
Jennifer is the General Manager. She runs the shop day to day, and she wrote the four repair guides on this site, which answer what she's asked most often on the phone: how long a repair takes, who chooses the parts, and what an ADAS calibration is for.
Jon is the paint technician, PPG-certified and I-CAR certified. Paint is mixed to your vehicle's factory code, then blended into the panels either side of the repair so the new finish doesn't show an edge against the old.

The 79 years in that record predate both the Fix Auto name and the current ownership. Cars have been repaired at this address under a succession of local owners, and Bill Hsu took ownership in December 2021.
You leave with more than the car. Any repair involving structural work comes with the Chief frame measurement printout, showing before-and-after readings, and any repair that disturbs a camera or sensor comes with the post-repair scan report showing whether fault codes remain. The estimate is written. So is the workmanship warranty, and it is honored at every Fix Auto shop in the country.
