Our Collision & Auto Body Services
All makes and models, foreign and domestic, EV and hybrid included. Our shop is on NE Bel-Red Road, and we handle the estimate, the insurance claim once you’ve filed it, and the repair, then hand the car back looking like the accident never happened. Start with a free written estimate — drive in, or call us to arrange one.
What differs is which work happens inside the building and which gets driven somewhere else — and that’s a question you can put to any shop. Here’s our list, and below it, where each job is done.
Nine services, one building, one point of contact.
Where each of these four jobs is done.
Frame and structural work is done on site on a Chief measuring system that pulls the structure back to the manufacturer’s specification and verifies it by measurement, not by eye. It prints a before-and-after sheet, and that sheet is yours to keep. Plenty of shops send this work out.
Panel work, filler, primer and refinishing are all done in this building. Paint is computer-matched to your vehicle’s paint code and blended into the surrounding panels by our PPG-certified paint technician, so there’s no visible line where the repair stops.
Windshield and auto glass replacement is performed by a glass specialist who comes to us, so your car stays here and you deal with one shop, not two. We do not send you elsewhere for it, and we do not come to you — the car is here either way.
Any repair that disturbs a camera, radar or sensor needs recalibration, and that is done by an independent calibration specialist, not by us. It’s sequenced after the repair and usually happens without the car leaving. It comes back with a post-scan report showing whether any fault codes remain, and that report is yours.
Two of those four jobs go to specialists. A shop that claims everything happens under its own roof is either unusual or imprecise, and you have no way to check which — whereas a measurement printout and a scan report you can hold are checkable on the spot. What knocks a sensor out of aim, and how the specialist proves it’s back, is in our ADAS calibration guide.
