These terms cover your use of fixautobellevue.com. They do not replace the repair order you sign at the shop. Where the two differ, the repair order governs the work on your car.

What this site is

An information site for Fix Auto Bellevue, an auto body and collision repair shop at 13310 NE Bel-Red Rd in Bellevue, Washington. We repair cars in Washington, and the site is written for drivers here. It describes what we repair and how a claim usually runs. It is not a quote, and reading it does not start a repair.

Estimates

The free-estimate form starts a conversation. It does not produce a price, reserve a place in the schedule, or commit either of us to anything. A real estimate needs the car in front of a technician, because collision damage hides behind panels.

Anything written here about what a repair typically costs or how long one typically takes is general industry information and is attributed to its source where it appears. It is not a quote for your car, and it is not a promise about your car.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and correct what we find. Even so, a page can go out of date between the day it is written and the day you read it. What governs your repair is your written estimate and your repair order, not a web page.

Where a page cites a Washington statute or an industry standard, we link or name the source so you can read it yourself. Read the source if the point matters to your claim.

Our warranty

Fix Auto's warranty on workmanship is described on our warranty page and in the warranty document the shop gives you. Those two govern. Nothing on this website adds to that warranty or takes anything away from it.

Your insurance claim

You choose the repair shop. Your insurer decides what it will pay under your policy. Those are separate decisions, and nothing on this site changes the terms of your policy or binds your insurer.

Content on this site

The words, photographs and design here belong to Fix Auto Bellevue or are used with permission. The before-and-after photographs are of real repairs done at this shop. Please do not republish them as your own work.

Fix Auto Bellevue is an independently owned shop operating under a Fix Auto franchise. This site is run by this shop, for this shop. Everything on it — the services described, the warranty referred to, and these terms — applies to this location only. None of it represents or binds the Fix Auto franchise system, Fix Auto USA, Driven Brands, or any other Fix Auto location. Corporate runs its own websites under its own terms.

Other companies' names on this site

We name insurers we work with, the manufacturers whose vehicles we repair, and the bodies whose certifications we hold. Those names and marks belong to their owners and are used to identify them, not to suggest they endorse us. Where we hold a certification we say so and name the body that issued it; nothing else on this site should be read as a further endorsement or approval by anyone.

Reviews we publish

Customer reviews shown on this site are quoted from our public Google profile, unedited, with the month they were left. We select them by date, and the rule we use is printed on the testimonials page. We do not write them and we do not alter them.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a statute, a standard, or another company, we do not control that page and are not responsible for what it says.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent Washington law allows, Fix Auto Bellevue is not liable for a loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit anything we owe you for work performed on your car, which is governed by your repair order, our warranty, and Washington law.

Please take your valuables out before you leave the car with us — we are not responsible for personal property left inside it. And we are responsible for the work we do, not for wear or damage that was already on the car and is unrelated to the repair we were asked to carry out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies. Nothing we change here alters a repair order you have already signed, or a disagreement that had already arisen before the change.
