Privacy Policy

What this website collects, who else sees it, and how to switch the tracking off.

Last updated: September 14, 2026

This page explains what happens to your information when you use fixautobellevue.com. It covers this website, run by the shop at 13310 NE Bel-Red Rd in Bellevue. The business is Tildex Automotive LLC, trading as Fix Auto Bellevue, and it is responsible for what follows.

Fix Auto Bellevue is an independently owned shop operating under a Fix Auto franchise. The Fix Auto and Driven Brands corporate privacy policy covers what corporate collects. It does not cover what you send to this shop, which is what this page is for.

What you send us

One form, and only if you choose to use it. The free-estimate form asks for your name, your vehicle, what happened to it, and a phone number to reach you on. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.

We use it to call you back about the repair. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who wants to market to you.

What you send this shop stays with this shop. We do not pass your information to Fix Auto USA or to Driven Brands, the parent company.

What the site records while you read it

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It tells us that a page was read, on what kind of device, and roughly where in the world the reader was. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not try to work that out.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognize a repeat visit. If you would rather it did not, Google publishes a browser add-on that turns it off across every site that uses it, and your browser's own settings can block or clear cookies at any time. Blocking them does not stop you using this site.

Advertising

When the shop is running an online advertising campaign, the platform behind it — Google or Meta — places a small tag on this site. The tag tells that platform a browser visited us, which is what lets an ad for the shop follow you to another site afterwards. This is called remarketing, and it is why you sometimes see an ad for a business you looked at last week.

Where we run Google ads, our Google Analytics account is connected to the advertising account. That means the visit information described above is also used to decide which browsers see an ad for the shop, and to tell us whether an ad led to a call.

What the platform learns is that a browser came here, and which pages it looked at. It does not learn your name, your phone number, what you typed into the estimate form, or what car you drive. We do not hand any of that to an advertiser.

If you would rather not see ads targeted this way, Google and Meta each run their own ad settings where you can turn personalized advertising off, and that applies across every site using them, not just ours. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser has the same effect here, and does not stop you using this site.

Do not track

Some browsers can send a "do not track" signal. There has never been an agreed standard for what a website should do with one, and we do not act on it. The controls described above — the ad settings at Google and Meta, and blocking or clearing cookies — do work.

Other companies involved in running the site

A website needs a host, so a few companies see a request from your browser:

Webflow hosts the site and stores what you send through the estimate form.

Google provides the analytics described above, serves reviewer profile photos on our testimonials page, supplies the star rating shown on the site, and draws the map on our contact page, which loads from Google when you open that page.

Cloudflare runs the bot check on the estimate form, so the shop is not buried in automated junk.

Google and Meta, where an advertising campaign of ours is running, as described above.

Each sees the ordinary details any web server sees, including your IP address. None of them receives your form answers except Webflow, which stores them for us.

Once you become a customer

This page is about the website. If you go on to have your car repaired here, the paperwork you sign at the shop covers that work, and handling the repair means dealing with people on your behalf — your insurer, when you have asked us to, and the suppliers whose parts go on your car. That is the repair, not the website, and your repair order is what governs it.

How long we keep it

Estimate submissions reach the shop as a message and are kept with the rest of the estimate paperwork. If you want yours deleted, call the shop on (425) 641-5475 and ask.

Keeping it safe

The site runs over an encrypted connection, and what you send through the form goes into Webflow's systems rather than sitting on a computer at the shop. Those are sensible precautions rather than a guarantee. No website can promise perfect security.

When we would hand something over anyway

Everything above is about what we choose to do. Two things sit outside that. If the law requires it — a court order, a subpoena, a proper request from law enforcement — we comply. And if somebody's safety were at stake, we would act on that. We do not expect either, and neither has anything to do with marketing.

If the shop changes hands

Businesses change hands. If this one does, customer records go with it, because they belong to the work rather than to the owner. Whoever takes it on inherits this policy along with them.

Children

This site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not aim it at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us something through the estimate form, call the shop and we will delete it.

Where we work
