Auto Body & Collision Repair for Issaquah Drivers

We're on NE Bel-Red Road in Bellevue, about thirteen miles from Issaquah by I-90 and I-405. We repair all makes and models, EV and hybrid included, and once you've filed with your insurer, we handle the claim through to the day you collect the car.

We're in Bellevue, not Issaquah.

Our shop is on NE Bel-Red Road, about thirteen miles from downtown Issaquah by I-90 and I-405. Several good shops sit closer to you than we do. What follows is the case for making the drive: the equipment on site, the carriers we bill directly, and the documents you take away.

Why Issaquah drivers make the trip

Three reasons to make the drive.

01
The shop is your choice, not your insurer's.

Washington law gives you the right to choose your own repair shop, whoever your carrier is. We work with every major insurance company and handle the estimate, supplements, and direct billing. We're also a direct-repair shop for State Farm, Allstate, Travelers, Mapfre, and National General and its subsidiaries, and we handle claims administered by Sedgwick and Gallagher Bassett — so if your adjuster pointed you out of Issaquah, the relationship and the approvals are already in place.

02
Frame, aluminum and high-voltage work is done in house.

Frame and structural repair is done on site, on a Chief measuring system that pulls the structure back to the manufacturer's specification and verifies it by measurement. Aluminum panels get their own bay and their own tools, so steel dust can't contaminate them. On EVs and hybrids, our own technicians de-energize and disconnect the high-voltage system rather than sending that step to a dealer.

03
The same credentials, without the chain.

Ten I-CAR Gold Class shops sit within 2.2 miles of us, and six of them belong to national consolidators. We hold the same credentials — Gold Class, Subaru Certified, BBB Accredited with an A+ rating — and the same general manager and paint technician are here every day.

Getting here from Issaquah

About thirteen miles, by I-90 and I-405.

Drive

From downtown Issaquah, take I-90 west to I-405 north, then Exit 13B, NE 8th Street. Head east to 124th Avenue NE, turn left, and NE Bel-Red Road is a short run north.

Address

We're at 13310 NE Bel-Red Rd #204, Bellevue, WA 98005, in the Bel-Red corridor between downtown Bellevue and Redmond.

Not drivable

Call us first. Our towing partner quotes you the price directly and you approve it before the car moves. If you're filing a claim, your carrier usually arranges and pays for the tow instead, and we coordinate with them.

After 5

We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, and the first appointment of the day is at 9:00. Outside those hours, the key box takes your car and keys at any time, weekends included. Fill out the envelope, drop it in, and we'll call once we've looked at the damage.

What we repair

All makes and models, EV and hybrid included.

Windshield repair for Issaquah drivers

The car comes to us. We don't come to the car.

Most glass companies serving Issaquah will meet you at your office or your driveway. We work the other way around. A glass specialist replaces the windshield here at our shop, and the car stays with us until the work is finished — you do not book it separately, and you do not hand your keys to a second company in a parking lot.

That matters most when the glass broke in the same accident that bent the bodywork. Both jobs then run on one repair order, in the right order, and there's one number to call about either of them. If your car has a camera behind the windshield, an independent calibration specialist recalibrates it once the collision work is finished. That step is sublet — we bring the specialist in rather than doing it ourselves — and it comes last, usually here, without the car leaving.

A chip isn't automatically a replacement. There is a published standard that decides which one you have, and our auto glass pagesets out where the line falls — along with what your comprehensive deductible does, and what Washington law says if you're driving on a cracked windshield.

What drivers outside Bellevue ask before they set off.

Do you repair cars for drivers who don't live in Bellevue?

Yes. Our shop is in Bellevue, in the Bel-Red corridor, and most of the cars in our bays belong to drivers from elsewhere on the Eastside — Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah and Renton among them. There is no service boundary and no travel charge. You bring the car to us.

Is it worth driving to Bellevue for collision repair?

It depends what your car needs. For structural, aluminum or high-voltage work, yes — frame repair is done here on a Chief measuring system, aluminum panels get their own bay, and our own technicians de-energize EVs. For cosmetic work a local shop can do well, the drive may not be worth it. Call us and we'll tell you either way.

How do I get home after I drop my car off?

If your policy covers a rental, your insurer books it and you collect the car here — Enterprise hands it over on site, so you don't make a second trip to a rental counter. If rental isn't covered, you book and pay directly, and those charges stay separate from your repair bill. We don't provide loaners.
