Aluminum panels get their own bay and their own tools, so steel dust can't contaminate them. On EVs and hybrids, our own technicians de-energize and disconnect the high-voltage system rather than sending that step to a dealer.

Call us first. Our towing partner quotes you the price directly and you approve it before the car moves. If you're filing a claim, your carrier usually arranges and pays for the tow instead, and we coordinate with them.
We're open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, and the first appointment of the day is at 9:00. Outside those hours, the key box takes your car and keys at any time, weekends included. Fill out the envelope, drop it in, and we'll call once we've looked at the damage.

When the glass breaks in the same accident that bent the bodywork, we replace it here as part of the collision repair. A glass specialist replaces the windshield at our shop, and the car stays with us. You don't book it separately or hand your keys to a second company. Both jobs run on one repair order, in the right order, with one number to call about either of them.
If your car has a camera behind the windshield, an independent calibration specialist recalibrates it once the collision work is finished. That step is sublet. We bring the specialist in rather than doing it ourselves, and the post-scan report goes home with you.
Glass is replaced here only as part of a collision repair, and we don't fill chips. If a chip or a crack is the only damage, a glass company is the right call. Do you repair cars for drivers who don't live in Bellevue?
Yes. Our shop is in Bellevue, in the Bel-Red corridor, and most of the cars in our bays belong to drivers from elsewhere on the Eastside — Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah and Renton among them. There is no service boundary and no travel charge. You bring the car to us.
Is it worth driving to Bellevue for collision repair?
It depends what your car needs. For structural, aluminum or high-voltage work, yes — frame repair is done here on a Chief measuring system, aluminum panels get their own bay, and our own technicians de-energize EVs. For cosmetic work a local shop can do well, the drive may not be worth it. Call us and we'll tell you either way.
How do I get home after I drop my car off?
If your policy covers a rental, your insurer books it and you collect the car here — Enterprise hands it over on site, so you don't make a second trip to a rental counter. If rental isn't covered, you book and pay directly, and those charges stay separate from your repair bill. We don't provide loaners.
